I love this product! It's as described, works great, is affordable and is helping my herniated disc heal! I've used it a month and have really noticed a difference in my neck problem. It relaxes me. I'm now using it on other areas of my body besides what I bought it for (my neck). I'm readying a book on red light therapy and am SO glad I tried it. I love the recharging ability and mobility with it. Nice product.

We picked up the Hello Face Red Light Therapy Mask because my wife has been exploring red light therapy as part of her self-care routine - and it’s been a fantastic fit so far.

The mask itself is super lightweight and easy to wear, with adjustable straps that help it sit comfortably on the face. It doesn’t leave any noticeable marks after use, even around the eyes, which was a pleasant surprise.

It comes with a quick start guide and a detailed 13-page manual, so getting started was straightforward. My wife has been easing in with the 5-minute setting a few times a week, and the built-in auto shut-off timer makes it easy to relax without worrying about overdoing it.

We also liked that the mask offers a range of light modes - red + infrared, amber, blue, and a mixed setting - so there’s flexibility depending on what you want to target.

Easy to set up and get started! I love that the actual red light mat is flexible - have wrapped around abdomen, knee, and face. Feeling refreshed and very relaxing to use. The timer feature is great- automatically turns off at 20 min. Even my pup loves to get in on the red light infrared action!

Got this for my 15-yr-old dog who suffers from T13-L1 disk herniation and luxation patella. She has been falling a lot and her hinge legs were dragging badly. This item arrived well packaged. Tried it on my dog for 30mins twice yesterday. Her walk improved significantly this morning. AMAZING RESULT. We will continue to use it on her and hopefully the result stays!

This is one of the best, maybe even the best, red light therapy belts I’ve ever used. I like that it combines both 660 nm and 850 nm. It has settings for timers, for intensity, and for steady light, fast flashing light, and slow pulsing light. I’ve read a lot of good things about the benefits of flashing and pulsing lights. I use the belt almost every day for relief and for anti-aging on my hands, knees, hip, head, and neck and chest areas. It’s so convenient to use while working on my laptop or watching tv. I have it sitting on the top of my head for hair growth as I’m typing this. The belt is flexible and can wrap and sit directly on the skin. It covers a large surface area, which is more time efficient. The hook-and-loop part of the belt is stretchy and durable. Everything is easy to clean and store. It’s portable, and the controller can be used for hours before needing to be recharged. I have noticed no smells from it. It gets a little bit warm after using it for extended periods, but it never gets hot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Post-op Surgery Healer-Hello Face L120

The red light therapy belt was used by my wife for her post-op recovery after a surgery. The belt was used on a daily basis directly on the surgical area for 4 weeks. Her recovery was enhanced by two weeks. In addition, I used this belt on a back injury that helped to get me back on my feet in a week rather than several weeks without using it. Very easy to use and operate. At times, you forget that it is on due to its comfort. Overall, a highly recommended therapy product that our family will continue to use for sports injuries and discomfort and pain.

Excellent design with great function. Very comfortable, lightweight, portable, and does a great job of providing light to the entire face. The portion that touches the eyes is slightly raised and very soft and comfortable.

This light therapy mask does need to be plugged in during use but it comes with the USB cables needed, and since USB cables are so standardized if you need a longer one you can easily obtain one. There is a small remote that is used to turn it on and to change the color of the light emitted. We have only ever used red light so will be sticking to that.

In my family we have another device that is bigger and requires the use of light shielding goggles, which are far less comfortable on the eyes than this mask. That one leaves an indentation under the eyes after using for 20 minutes or so, whereas this one has not such problem.

I'm loving this. Before this I had one of those little handheld red light wants that you drag along your face - considering how long you need to have red light therapy on your face that was essentially useless. So then I tried a mask that you strap on your face. It wasn't bad comfort wise, but It certainly did not get my neck and it was a pain because the battery would die mid session. This one though. THIS one. I'm happy with. It has a few different settings, the main ones. Red, blue, and then a mix. The red has IR which apparently is so that it goes deeper into the skin too which is a plus. It comes with "glasses" that aren't see through at all, just solid black plastic (that are comfortable) so that my eyes are fully protected. The design of it is quite ingenious really. I only use it on my face but it is made so that it can be flattened and used elsewhere on yoru body. It velcros to the strop that sits at teh back of your head and is sturdy, it has not come undone, nor have I needed to undo it. I keep it in tact and just set it beside my bed when I'm done with it. I do almost nightly sessions while listening to an audio book for 20 minutes. It has a timer, a delay after you choose your setting so you can get ready without risk of hurting your eyes or wasting precious treatment time, and 3 different strength levels. I've been using for 2 weeks and have already noticed a difference in my skin. It is clearer (less red), and my skin is feeling plumper (at least on my forehead). I'm so very pleased with this. It doesn't suffocate me either as it's open and airy feeling since it's not technically touching your face. I'm loving it.

I have purchased several red light therapy wraps and the Hello Face Red Light Therapy Wrap is a winner! Its benefits are that it is soft - with a faux leather surface, flexible, portable (not tethered to a power supply or USB connection), has a huge number of light sources at 360 (120 @ 660nm and 240 @ 850nm), and simple to use. It has a nice warming effect while in use. Its large size enables it to be used anywhere on the body.

The company seems very responsive as they answered a question within hours. This is not in the user guide and is worth repeating. The Pain Relief Mode is only infrared light (660nm), and the Soothing and Anti-inflammatory Modes both use infrared light (660nm) + near-infrared light (850). For deep penetration, the company suggests using Level 3. At Level 1 the lights are continuous, while at Level 2 they pulse at 10Hz, and at Level 3 they pulse at 40Hz.

I definitely recommend this product.

I originally ordered this thinking it was for using on ones face. But this does so much more!
My husband noticed me opening the package and was excited to try it on his sore back.
Sure enough, it states it is for pain relief in the instructions.
He tried it and felt it did help some. Time will tell how much in the long run.
This arrived in packaging that is so nice it would be a decent gift, if you were wondering.
Overall, would recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Corded Flexible Multi Colored Light Device For Face and Body-Hello Face L6

This Hello Face Red Light Therapy Device comes as expected with all parts working. I like the unique design of this red light device, having a flexible light pad allows it to be used not only for the face but for other parts of the body as well. While the description describes the exterior as premium leather, I would call it a nice faux leather. Setup is relatively easy, but be aware, this is a corded device and you need to be plugged into an outlet to use it.

The controller is easy to use, 4 light settings (blue, amber, red, mixed). three light intensities and a timer are easily accessible. However, the lettering on the controller is very light in pale white letters and hard to read but I got used to the positioning of the modes so it's ok. The set comes with a pair of totally light blocking wrap around glasses that should always be worn with the red light, the glasses are ok, they are a hard plastic and do let in a little natural light around the sides in the corners as they are a little big for my smaller face.

Overall, a very nice concept and easy to use light therapy device that is multi functional, easy to set up, and fairly easy to use. I've been using the red light on my face and I am seeing some improvement in my skin. I am using my own red light glasses that fit me better. I like this device.
